Kevin Brown, Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Brown founded Affiliate Window in 2000 after almost 10 years experience in online marketing managing several eCommerce travel sites. Kevin discovered the important role affiliate marketing took in online sales through www.latestevents.com which today, still sells the majority of its specialist concert travel packages through affiliates. Affiliate Window's software was originally coded by Kevin before being handed over to his development team. Currently Kevin oversees development of new projects and ideas to keep the company at the forefront of its sector.
Peter Loveday, Chief Technical Officer
With over 10 years experience in web development and systems administration, Peter brings to Affiliate Window a deep understanding of the technology behind internet marketing and the development process. Prior to joining Affiliate Window, Peter held the position of Senior Developer at Think Business Services Ltd, where he helped to establish the company as a key player in the Web Analytics field. He was responsible for the development of numerous bespoke internet marketing and web analytics solutions for clients across many business sectors.
Peter is now responsible for the continued development of the Affiliate Window systems, utilising his knowledge of web analytics and his understanding of the requirements of Internet marketing professionals to further enhance the solutions Affiliate Window offers. Peter currently manages a team of eight staff covering systems maintenance and software development. Peter also manages the contractual and service relationships with external technology suppliers.
Mark Walters, Chief Operating Officer
Having a strong commercial background spanning nearly 20 years, Mark has experience with every aspect of media and predominantly online. Previous responsibilities have always included team building, project management and revenue generation. Originally involved in securing major brands for the Affiliate Window network he further set about establishing an account management team and strategies for the development and retention of clients.
Mark has been key in the development of new project ideas including the AWin Index and Agent99 as well as establishing the ethical perspective of Affiliate Window, making it a solid and attractive proposition to brand merchants. Heads of Client Services, Sales and Communications currently report to Mark enabling a group understanding of direction and goals.
Adam Ross, Client Services Director
Adam joined Affiliate Window in 2004 as a support technician, eventually managing the support department and implementing a new strategy for customer service across the network.
In late 2005, he progressed to the key accounts department, assisting blue chip brands in launching and understanding their affiliate marketing programmes. His technical understanding allowed him to bring new skills to the key accounts team bridging the knowledge gap between service and technology. He later managed key accounts, overseeing its expansion from 4 to 15 personnel.
Currently, as Client Services Director, Adam now oversees the three customer facing departments, key accounts, account development and technical support, ensuring an exceptionally high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
Mathew Downs, Sales & Marketing Director
In April 2005 Mathew joined Affiliate Window bringing with him over 10 years experience working in Publishing, Sponsorship, Exhibitions, Events and Awards. By implementing a clear and focused strategy on the recruitment of merchants Mathew has built a sales team that delivers Affiliate Window as the network of choice for leading brands in the UK.
Using his previous experience Mathew has developed a comprehensive marketing programme across relevant trade press and exhibitions that ensures Affiliate Window continues to be seen as the innovative and thought leading network it is. His most recent success was to deliver the first ever 'black tie' event of the industry bringing together over 250 of the UK's top performing affiliates and merchants.
David Hall, Communications Director
David established a successful career in advertising sales for the publishing companies RBI, Crimson Publishing and Quantum, before moving into the online environment for UpMyStreet.com.
David has raised the profile of Digital Window across the online industry and predominantly with merchant brands. In 2008 the company was recognized one of the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For. David delivers regular training lectures for the IDM and is a frequent contributor at forums and events hosted by the IMRG.
Digital Window's commitment to improving Affiliate Marketing in the UK was further endorsed following David's appointment as the inaugural chair of the Affiliate Marketing Council run by the IAB.
Adam Banks, Financial Controller
Adam joined Affiliate Window in 2007. He is a qualified chartered accountant and brings close to 8 years of accounting experience, mainly working in public practice including work of a consultative manner advising clients on their internal control systems along with more common areas of practice.
Providing support for the finance department through his role with our external auditors, Adam was identified as an ideal candidate to run the finance department due to his existing knowledge of the business and of its internal control systems.
Simon Bird, Brand Sales Manager
Simon joined Affiliate Window in August 2006. He brings close to 10 years of international sales experience, including expertise with sales promotions, creating responses to complex proposals, presentation design and delivery, prospect targeting, negotiation and contract preparation.
Simon's experience stems from working with digital marketing agencies, online professional service organisations, and generalist sales and marketing roles. His achievements so far include securing exclusive contracts with some of the UK's most recognisable brands including The Body Shop, SKY, Virgin Megastores and DHL to name a few.
Simon has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree specialising in Marketing.
Amarath Sokhi, Head of ShopWindow
Graduating in Information Systems, Amarath initiated his digital media career at Deal Group Media PLC. Quickly recognised for maximising efficiency and maintaining service levels within the integration department, he saw an opportunity to join Digital Window in Sept 2006.
Swiftly rising through the ranks within Affiliate Window's technical support team, Amarath was identified as an ideal fit for the key role managing ShopWindow integrations. A highly driven individual, he focuses on developing the overall success of ShopWindow by applying his knowledge of integration and business management.
