Anthony Clements, Country Manager, UK
Anthony Clements joined Affiliate Window as an Account Manager in April 2006. After working with some of the network's key brands, he progressed to head up the Key Accounts Team in 2007, shaping the company's service orientated approach to affiliate marketing through some of its early growth years.
In April 2009, Anthony became Client Services Director, overseeing all of Affiliate Window's client-side service and in September 2014, he moved into the UK Country Manager role.
Anjulie Truong, Operations Director
Anjulie Truong has seven years affiliate marketing experience, and has worked in a variety of client-facing roles leading some of the network’s key advertiser relationships. In 2011, Anjulie became Client Services Manager, overseeing the service delivered to clients across the network and management of its major marketing agencies. In September 2014, she was appointed as Operations Director, responsible for the day-to-day organisation and running of our business.
Kevin Edwards, Strategy Director
Kevin Edwards has over 10 years experience working for affiliate networks. Since joining Affiliate Window in 2006, Kevin has had a significant impact on the business, facilitating and deepening relationships with partners and strengthening the core management team. He heads up the Strategy team as Strategy Director with responsibility for producing research, implementing best practice and providing analysis for key clients. He's also former Chair for IAB's Affiliate Marketing Council.
Hannah Stockley, HR Director
With a MA in HR & Personnel Development and a Bsc.in Psychology under her belt, Hannah brings over 12 years commercial strategic and operational HR experience spanning marketing, publishing and legal sectors. Having built the Affiliate Window HR infrastructure from grass-roots level, Hannah’s current role as HR Director sees her taking accountability for directing the HR activities and leading the human resources strategy for the company.
Kevin Collett, Finance Director
Kevin joined Digital Window in September 2010 as Finance Director. Before joining Digital Window, Kevin held senior finance positions in private equity, financial services and professional service firms. Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Corporate Treasurer (AMCT).
Michelle O'Sullivan, Commercial & Lead Generation Director
Michelle has 13 years Performance Marketing experience. Her passion for Affiliate Marketing developed from managing online acquisition for Dial-a-Phone, part of which involved building a hugely popular and successful mobile reseller programme. Michelle's four years experience there also running email, PPC, display and affinity partnerships gave her a strong understanding of the sector as a whole. She then joined direct response agency All Response Media to set-up a new affiliate marketing division within their online team before moving network-side to Affiliate Window in 2007. Michelle has been instrumental in securing many new brand clients, reshaping and growing existing blue chip programmes, establishing new tools, conducting research and advising on best practice. Over the past three years she has created the new standalone Lead Generation proposition for the network which continues to flourish into a strong part of the mix of portfolio products Affiliate Window offers to complement clients online activity.
Nick Caulfield, Client Services Director
Nick Caulfield has worked in the affiliate industry for over six years, currently as Client Services Director for Affiliate Window in the UK following his tenure of heading up the Key Accounts teams for the past three years. Nick regularly contributes to industry publications such as Econsultancy and presents affiliate marketing training sessions at industry events including the IDM.
Lisa Chaikin, PR & Marketing Director
Lisa has worked in the performance channel for six years, currently as PR & Marketing Director for Affiliate Window. Her primary responsibilities include managing Affiliate Window’s external public relations, marketing, corporate identity and events globally by working to strengthen relationships with key industry titles and ensuring the network is viewed as an approachable, intelligent, and honest media partner. Lisa has provided extensive online exposure for several clients on the network as well as being heavily involved in the launch and promotion of new technology products including the launch of the new website and blog in 2014.
James Cohen, Group Systems & Architecture Director
James has worked on developing and maintaining high traffic websites since the late 90s. Having moved from online publishing to join Affiliate Window he and his team work deep in the engine room ensuring all technical operations run smoothly 24/7.
Remi Chkaibane, Group Product Director
Remi's passion for developing online products and technologies started at INSA Lyon, a top engineering school in France. After graduating with a master of engineering, he worked in management within the Atos group, delivering highly-used web and mobile services to blue-chip clients. Rémi then joined Affiliate Window in February 2011, and developed a number of successful products some of which have received award winning recognition within the industry. As the Group Product Director, he is now leading and transforming the product organisation to deliver more value and innovation to our customers across zanox and Affiliate Window.
Mark Walters, CEO, zanox AG
Mark Walters' extensive commercial and managerial experience, spanning over 25 years, has seen him working in every area of media, particularly taking responsibility for management team building, project development and value creation. For the past 10 years, Mark was Managing Director of performance network, Affiliate Window in the UK and joined the zanox Executive board in April 2014. Mark was appointed as Group CEO in September 2014.
Adam Ross, COO, zanox AG
Adam Ross joined the zanox Executive Board in September 2014 as Chief Operating Officer following his ten year tenure in the same capacity within subsidiary network, Affiliate Window. Adam’s knowledge and experience enables him to integrate his technical and strategic expertise to improve operational efficiencies and manage resources across all divisions. He is an advocate of the hybrid model in which technology and service are regarded in equal measure.
Peter Loveday, CTO, zanox AG
Peter Loveday became Chief Technology Officer at zanox in September 2014 and is responsible for all technological aspects across the Group. Peter has over 20 years of experience developing and managing complex web applications, specialising in online marketing and web analytics. Prior to joining the zanox Executive Board, Peter was CTO at subsidiary network, Affiliate Window based in the UK where he implemented an agile process for product development and was a driving force behind the evolution of their technology solutions.
Michael von Stern , CFO, zanox AG
Michael von Stern has been a member of the executive board since January 2014. As Chief Financial Officer, Michael is responsible for the group’s finance. Prior to zanox, Michael established and headed up the Commerce division of zanox's majority stakeholder, Axel Springer SE, and to which, among other companies, the zanox Group belongs. As a qualified engineer, he previously worked for the international strategy consultants, A.T. Kearney, for a venture capital company, and as CFO/COO of the current zanox subsidiary, eprofessional.
