Mark Walters, Managing Director
Mark’s extensive commercial and managerial experience, spanning over 20 years, has seen him working in every area of media, particularly taking responsibility for management team building, project development and value creation. Mark has been instrumental in establishing the growth and strong ethical perspective of the company.
Adam Ross, Chief Operating Officer
Adam’s vast experience of the Affiliate Window systems has allowed him to draw on integrated technical and strategic expertise to improve operational efficiencies and manage resources across all divisions. He is the creator of the ‘Darwin’ concept and an advocate of the hybrid model in which technical and service expertise are regarded in equal measure.
Peter Loveday, Chief Technical Officer
Peter has over 15 years of experience in developing and managing complex web applications, specialising in online marketing and web analytics. Peter also helped establish Think Business Services Ltd as a key player in the web analytics industry, before moving to Affiliate Window to drive forward the evolution of all technology solutions whilst implementing an agile process for product development.
Kevin Edwards, Strategy Director
Kevin Edwards has over 10 years experience working for affiliate networks. Since joining Affiliate Window in 2006, Kevin has had a significant impact on the business, facilitating and deepening relationships with partners and strengthening the core management team. He heads up the Strategy team as Strategy Director with responsibility for producing research, implementing best practice and providing analysis for key clients. He's also former Chair for IAB's Affiliate Marketing Council.
Hannah Stockley, HR Director
With a MA in HR & Personnel Development and a Bsc.in Psychology under her belt, Hannah brings over 12 years commercial strategic and operational HR experience spanning marketing, publishing and legal sectors. Having built the Affiliate Window HR infrastructure from grass-roots level, Hannah’s current role as HR Director sees her taking accountability for directing the HR activities and leading the human resources strategy for the company.
Kevin Collett, Finance Director
Kevin joined Digital Window in September 2010 as Finance Director. Before joining Digital Window, Kevin held senior finance positions in private equity, financial services and professional service firms. Kevin is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Corporate Treasurer (AMCT).
Michelle O'Sullivan, Lead Generation Director
Michelle has 13 years Performance Marketing experience. Her passion for Affiliate Marketing developed from managing online acquisition for Dial-a-Phone, part of which involved building a hugely popular and successful mobile reseller programme. Michelle's four years experience there also running email, PPC, display and affinity partnerships gave her a strong understanding of the sector as a whole. She then joined direct response agency All Response Media to set-up a new affiliate marketing division within their online team before moving network-side to Affiliate Window in 2007. Michelle has been instrumental in securing many new brand clients, reshaping and growing existing blue chip programmes, establishing new tools, conducting research and advising on best practice. Over the past three years she has created the new standalone Lead Generation proposition for the network which continues to flourish into a strong part of the mix of portfolio products Affiliate Window offers to complement clients online activity.
Anthony Clements, Client Services Director
Anthony Clements joined Affiliate Window as an Account Manager in April 2006. After working with some of the network's key brands, he progressed to head up the Key Accounts Team in 2007, shaping the company's service orientated approach to affiliate marketing through some of its early growth years.
He has been Client Services Director, overseeing all of Affiliate Window's client-side service, since April 2009.
James Cohen, Technical Operations Director
James has worked on developing and maintaining high traffic websites since the late 90s. Having moved from online publishing to join Affiliate Window he and his team work deep in the engine room ensuring all technical operations run smoothly 24/7.
