Our friendly and caring advisors are highly trained in all aspects of Baby care to ensure that they can offer the best service and advice to parents and parents-to-be.

    Commission and Information

  • Sales and deliveries are for the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only
  • Delivery - Standard, next day, Saturday and Name Day delivery available on most products
  • Average basket size is over £90
  • Average conversion rate is around 2.5% (conversion rate during Christmas period is around 9%)
  • We offer 3% commission and a 30 day cookie - Note: We unfortunately cannot pay commission on games consoles, or bundles containing consoles.
  • Toys "R" Us awards commission on all confirmed transactions however part returned transactions will be declined.


    TERMS & CONDITIONS


    PPC ACTIVITY
    There are also 'currently' strict guidelines for the pay per click channel - There is NO PPC activity allowed on this campaign (including brand or generics or using landing pages). Any affiliate found to be driving traffic from the PPC channel will be immediately suspended from the campaign and commissions will be declined. Promotion for Toys R Us will be through the affiliate creative options and datafeed.

  • Affiliates are not permitted to bid or appear on brand searches.

  • Affiliates are not permitted to use the Toys "R" Us trademark in any paid search activity, whether this is in ad text, copy or display URLs.

  • Unless explicit permission has been given no affiliate is allowed to perform direct linking PPC activity to the Toys "R" US website, this includes using the Babies "R" US website as a display URL.

  • Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.

    VOUCHER CODE & OFFER USE

    Any voucher codes promoted must be provided through the Toys “R” Us affiliate programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. With the exception of product or merchandise, offers promoted must be provided through the Toys “R” Us affiliate programme. We reserve the right to withhold payment if non-authorised delivery or discount offers are used in an affiliate sale. Affiliates found to be using unauthorised voucher codes or offers face immediate suspension from the programme.

    SIGN OFF

    All email marketing must be signed off by Toys "R" Us and the account management team.

    CREATIVE

    Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Affiliate Window interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Affiliate Window may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.

    Affiliates found infringing these terms will be warned and may have commissions reversed. We reserve the right to withhold commission during this time. Reactivation of your account will be decided on a case by case basis and you may be suspended from the programme.

    DEEPLINKING INSTRUCTIONS

    There are certain pages on Toys R Us which contain jsession id information. When you are approved onto the Toys "R" Us programme you will receive a welcome email, all details about deeplinking to these pages are included here.
